Hemp, Fennel & Liquorice Tea
The meeting of organic hemp leaves grown on our Ca' Lodovico Farm and organic liquorice and fennel grown by Azienda Agricola Ca' dei Fiori della Querciola in the municipality of Lizzano in Belvedere (BO) gives life to an infusion with an intense, pleasantly sweet, and aromatic taste.
In herbal tradition, liquorice is valued for its naturally tonic character, while fennel is traditionally used after meals to support digestion and provide a pleasant sense of lightness.
The result is an organic herbal tea with a balanced aromatic profile, ideal for those seeking a full-flavoured infusion inspired by the tradition of medicinal herbs.
Note: Liquorice naturally contains glycyrrhizin. Excessive consumption may contribute to increased blood pressure; those with hypertension should limit their intake.
Preparation: Add 1 teaspoon (1 g) to 200 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 5–8 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
